I've loved romance novels since...like forever. I read across most subgenres of romance. I also write fantasy/paranormal and new adult romance.
Parajunkee's review of the audiobook version of KOADK inspired me to try audiobooks again. :)
This is my fav Kresley Cole book (with Lothaire a very close second), so I knew I'd like it. I'm maybe 30 minutes in and it is wonderful. I've heard snippets of Robert Petkoff's voice before and was impressed. So far, so good. I'm adjusting to a few differences in pronunciation of names and species in the Lore. Oh, wells.
Sabine seems to be a polarizing heroine. I'm in the camp that LOVES her. To each their own.
Considering the $10/month subscription so I can listen to more of Cole's books during my walks/workouts. Seems like money well spent.
